Virginia Beach SPCA partners with Pets for Patriots to help Hampton Roads area veterans find their new best friends.

The organization has a strong commitment to reduce animal overpopulation and cruelty. The Virginia Beach SPCA Veterinary Clinic provides low cost spay/neuter and routine veterinary services, and is available to veterans in our program without proof of income eligibility.
