Take Paws Rescue

Take Paws Rescue offers dog adoptions to New Orleans area veterans through its partnership with Pets for Patriots. Dogs live with loving foster families throughout Southern Louisiana until a permanent home is found.

The organization pulls dogs from stressful, crowded shelters to give them better chances to find forever homes. During this time the dogs learn how to live within a home environment, increasing their adoption potential.
