About SPCA of Westchester
SPCA Westchester offers companion pet adoptions to Briarcliff Manor area veterans through its partnership with Pets for Patriots.
The organization has been serving its community since 1883. In addition to pet adoption, SPCA Westchester investigates animal cruelty and neglect complaints, enforces state and local animal-related laws, and maintains a low-cost publicly available pet clinic.
