About Seattle Humane Society
Seattle Humane Society offers dog and cat adoptions to Pets for Patriots member Patriots in the Kings County community and will assist them in selecting their new best friend. Founded in 1897, the organization offers a range of services, including veterinary care, dog training classes and humane education for children. In recognition of its operational excellence, the organization has received a four-star rating with Charity Navigator.
In addition to pet adotpion, Seattle Humane Society actively promotes the people-pet bond and has a variety of programs to assist pet owners in need. The organization operates a pet food bank for senior citizens and low-income community members, and offers low-cost spay/neuter services and microchipping for permanent pet identification.

Adoption Fees Include:
Medical and behavioral assessment
DA2PP, bordetella and rabies vaccinations (dogs)
FVRCP and rabies vaccinations; Feline Leukemia and FIV testing (cats)
Deworming for roundworms and hookworms
Preventative flea treatment
Microchip for permanent identification
Blood panel for senior pets
