Norfolk Animal Care and Adoption Center partners with Pets for Patriots to help veterans adopt companion dogs and cats.
The shelter is additionally responsible for animal control, cruelty investigations, and enforcement of all animal-related laws. Norfolk Animal Care and Adoption Center maintains a lost pet directory, and lists of low-cost spay/neuter services, pet-friendly shelters, and pet licensing services.
Norfolk Animal Care and Adoption Center welcomes monetary donations through the Friends of Norfolk Animal Care Center. See their wish list to make in-kind donations of various pet and office supplies. For a more hands on experience become one of their valued volunteers or pet fosters.
