Helping Hands Humane Society

Helping Hands Humane Society partners with Pets for Patriots to help Topeka and Shawnee County veterans adopt their new best friends.

In addition to pet adoption, the organization works to reduce pet abandonment and overpopulation in its community. Helping Hands Humane Society operates a community clinic providing low-cost spay/neuter services, microchipping, and other basic medical care. The shelter offers humane education programs and dog training as well.
