About Detroit Bully Corps
Detroit Bully Corps offers dog adoptions to Pets for Patriots members and will help them find their new best friend. The organization is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and adoption of Bully breeds, as well as educating the public about the importance of spay/neuter, breed specific legislation (BSL), training and responsible dog ownership.
Nearly 90 percent of dogs available for adoption through Detroit Bully Corps are American Pit Bull Terriers. The charity works with dogs who are surrendered family pets, bait dogs, seasoned fighters and those found through other abuse situations. Detroit Bully Corps is a “no-kill” rescue that devotes extensive time to rehabilitate and resocialize dogs who are victims of abuse, including those saved from dog fighting rings.
Detroit Bully Corps welcomes monetary donations, as well as in-kind contributions of American Express points and Kroger Plus Card registrations; see their Amazon.com wish list for other needed items. For a more hands on experience, become one of their valued volunteers.
