Anne Arundel County Animal Care & Control offers dog and cat adoptions to Annapolis veterans through its partnership with Pets for Patriots.
In addition to adoption, the shelter enforces all animal-related laws, investigates cruelty and abuse, and helps reunite people with their lost pets. Anne Arundel County Animal Care & Control promotes the humane treatment of both domestic and wildlife in the county. Maryland residents can receive low-cost rabies vaccinations and microchip through the shelter.
