Important: Shelters must display our free partner digital assets (badges, kennel tags, other web graphics) and/or description of our partnership on their website in order to submit Forget Me Not pets. These partners may submit up to 3 Forget Me Not applications each month.

Applications are closed each year after Thanksgiving and reopen in January.

Pets must be homeless for 3+ months to qualify for submission. Applications received in December will not be published until January.

Ideal criteria for this pet's future home, e.g., active household or couch potato, savvy guardian required, quiet/low traffic home, active family, and - VERY IMPORTANT - how this pet is with children (specify minimum age if needed, e.g., 13+). Please include any heart-tugging reason that this pet is still homeless!

Horizontal photos are best. Three images minimum required, ideally with the pet in different settings and/or showing some aspects of his/her personality. No photos with graphics, writing, watermarks, or with pet lying upside down. HIGH RESOLUTION only (800px each side minimum; 1,000px preferred).
