Criteria

If you are a veterinary practice, clinic or hospital you may be eligible.

After you fill out our brief online application, we’ll verify with your state licensing authority that you have a current license to practice veterinary medicine. If we’re unable to secure this information, we’ll contact you to request a copy of your license.

Veterinary partners agree to extend a minimum, ongoing 10% courtesy fee reduction to pets honorably adopted by our member Patriots.
