The Gulf Coast Humane Society offers dog and cat adoptions to veterans in Southwest Florida through its partnership with Pets for Patriots, and will help them find their new best friend. In operation for more than 60 years, the Gulf Coast Humane Society offers refuge, humane care and adoption services for surrendered animals.

As part of its commitment to responsible pet ownership, the organization operates a low cost veterinary clinic, which is open to the public by appointment. The clinic offers spay/neuter, dental care, vaccinations and microchipping for permanent identification, as well as other veterinary services. The clinic can be reached at (239)332-2719.
