About Animals First Foundation of Texas
Animals First Foundation of Texas offers dog and cat adoptions to Pets for Patriots members in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and will help them find their new best friend. The all-volunteer organization assists adopters and rescues across the DFW area with medical, transport, fostering, education and training needs in order to provide desperate dogs with safe, responsible and loving homes.
As part of its commitment to enrich the lives of the pets and people in their community, Animals First Foundation specializes in helping the animals most in need: bully breeds, as well as dogs with special or medical needs. It is actively working towards a no-kill future in the Dallas-Forth Worth area.
Animals First Foundation welcomes monetary donations in support of its mission. For a more hands on experience, become one of their valued volunteers, pet fosters or transporters.
Adoption fees include:
Spay/neuter
Vaccinations
Microchip for permanent identification
Heartworm and flea/tick preventative
Collar, leash and harness
Toys and bedding
Crate (if needed)
Free session with professional trainer
