About Allen County SPCA
The Allen County SPCA offers pet adoptions to Pets for Patriots member Patriots and will assist them in selecting their new best friend. Serving the Allen County and surrounding communities since the early 1950s, the Allen County SPCA works to achieve its mission to provide a safe haven for animals, an effective and comprehensive adoption program, community outreach and education, and rehabilitation and medical services for the animals in its care.
In addition to monetary donations, the Allen County SPCA welcomes your gift of paper towels, large trash bags, sponges, office supplies and various pet food and toys; see their complete wish list for more details. For a more hands-on experience, become one of their valued volunteers or join their foster care program.
Adoption fees include:
50% off adoption fees for all veterans
Spay/neuter
Distemper combination and rabies vaccinations
Flea prevention
Registered microchip for permanent identification
Canine heartworm test and prevention
Fort Wayne city tag/permit
Starter bag of Hill's Science Diet food
