Guardian Angels for Soldier’s Pet

Guardian Angels for Soldier’s Pet supports our military, veterans and their beloved pets to ensure that the pets are reunited with their owners following a deployment in harm’s way  (combat or peace-keeping mission) to fight the global war on terrorism or unforeseen emergency hardship impacting their ability to retain their pet’s ownership rights.

Mutt Masters Canine Academy

Mutt Masters is a full service training school for dogs and professional dog trainers. Operating since 1974, Mutt Masters specializes in difficult dogs and pets with aggressive tendencies, in addition to training therapy, agility and service animals. As part of its commitment to military personnel, Mutt Masters currently works with Haven Behavioral War Heroes Hospital, using pet therapy to reduce stress for recovering soldiers.

Real Warriors Campaign

The Real Warriors Campaign is an initiative launched by the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Brain Injury to reduce the stigma associated with PTSD, traumatic brain injury and other psychological trauma associated with military service.

Association of the United States Army (AUSA)

Since 1950, the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Family Programs has been the voice that supports America’s Army through education and advocacy. Through its 125 worldwide chapters, the AUSA Family Programs supports deployed soldiers and families left behind, and has contributed more than $2M to various awards, scholarships and other soldier and family initiatives.

U.S. Army Warrior Transition Command

We are a national community support network member of the U.S. Army Warrior Transition Command, a one-star command under the U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) serving as the central, comprehensive source for warrior care support across the Army.

AW2 Army Wounded Warrior Program

AW2 is a U.S. Army program that assists and advocates for severely wounded, ill and injured soldiers, veterans and their families. The AW2 team at Fort Carson, Colorado is working with us to help eligible soldiers adopt a new pet friend to help their transition to civilian life.
